Max Kilman is set to have his medical this afternoon ahead of a move to West Ham United from Wolves, according to Dharmesh Sheth.

The Sky Sports reporter has reported, via X (4 July), that the Hammers are finalising details of the transfer after agreeing a deal worth £40 million.

Now the Englishman is set to have his medical on 4 July ahead of a move to the London Stadium.

Max Kilman set for West Ham move

The Hammers look set to land their second deal of the summer transfer window after Luis Guilherme last month.

It has been made clear that Julen Lopetegui wants to reunite with the player who he worked closely with in his time with Wolves.

A deal may be on the expensive side considering the Englishman is already 27 years old but he will be a useful addition ahead of next season.

West Ham could be set for a defensive reshuffle having already lost Angelo Ogbonna, while Nayef Aguerd has been linked with a move away.

Kilman is a positive player with the ball at his feet and also has the physicality to make him more than useful attacking and defending set pieces.

This is the move that Lopetegui wanted in his first summer in charge at the London Stadium and looks set to be completed with a medical now on the cards.
