Juventus fans react to Matias Soule transfer news as West Ham want signing
Juventus fans have pleaded with the club to keep Matias Soule amid interest from West Ham, AS Roma and Leicester City, according to Tutto Mercato.
The Italian outlet reported on Wednesday (24 July) that, during the Old Lady’s open training session, passionate fans were heard shouting “Don’t go to Roma” and “Matias stays”.
This comes after news emerged that Juventus have threatened the player with demotion to the Next Gen squad if he does not complete a move to the Premier League this summer [Calcio Mercato].

Soule looks to be one of the most exciting prospects at the Serie A giants right now, having experienced a sensational loan spell at Frosinone last season.
The 21-year-old notched 11 goals and three assists in 36 league matches as the side were relegated from Italy’s top flight before returning to the Allianz Arena.
With Juventus said to be holding out for £29.4million, according to Calcio Mercato, it is understandable why the club are so keen to secure an exit for the player this summer.
Although Soule is naturally a winger, his ability to play anywhere across the front line makes him an interesting prospect for Julen Lopetegui’s side, with the Hammers on the search for a new No.9.
The likes of Jarrod Bowen, Lucas Paqueta, and Mohammed Kudus, as well as the addition of Luis Guilherme, mean that the flanks are now quite stacked with talent.
Despite this, the Irons could still strike a move this summer and utilise him through the middle, especially if the new manager is to play a fluid style of attack, with the forwards changing position as they did under David Moyes.
If West Ham are to secure a deal for Soule this summer, it will be interesting to see how the Juventus fans react.
