Gabigol to West Ham deal hinges on David Moyes – Dharmesh Sheth
West Ham United’s pursuit of Flamengo attacker Gabriel Barbosa will come down to the decision of manager David Moyes, according to Dharmesh Sheth.
‘Gabigol’, as he is known, has been heavily linked with a move to the London Stadium this transfer window and everything now comes down to the man in charge.

Sheth spoke on Sky Sports’ Transfer Show about what is holding up the deal being completed and announced.
“Any move for Flamengo striker Gabriel Barbosa will rest with West Ham United manager David Moyes,” Sheth said.
A Football Manager Icon
Gabriel Barbosa is an exciting signing to those who haven’t played the legendary video game ‘Football Manager’, but to those who have, it’s a long-overdue move for one of the game’s most revered wonderkids.
Especially in the days of FM15 and FM16, Barbosa was THE go-to attacking option who would always come good early on before going on to become a world-class talent.

His ability to play on either wing or as an out and out striker made him a useful player to have and that is exactly what West Ham will have, should the deal be complete.
And even though the Hammers’ attack has been on red hot form this season, adding someone of Barbosa’s quality to an already firing front line would really state the club’s intention of battling at the top of the league consistently for years to come.
The deal would initially be an 18-month loan before the Irons have an option to buy the 25-year-old permanently which is something they are likely to do if he performs anywhere near Football Manager says he can.
In other West Ham news, Alan Shearer picked these two Hammers stars in his Premier League team of the week.
