Callum Wilson’s West Ham contract set to expire: Exit speculation, what he earns and more
Callum Wilson looks set to be on his way out of West Ham in the summer.
The Englishman only joined the Hammers last summer and has already undergone a strange spell at the London Stadium.
Nuno Espirito Santo seemed unwilling to utilise his services and then went on to sign Taty Castellanos and Pablo in January.
That has relegated the 33-year-old to third choice in East London, with the striker having made just nine Premier League starts this campaign.
With Wilson’s future in claret and blue looking uncertain at this stage, West Ham Zone has rounded up everything we know about his current contract.

What is Callum Wilson’s current contract situation at West Ham?
There were initial questions over the Irons’ move for the ex-Newcastle United man due to the terms of his free contract arrangement.
Reports suggested that 90 per cent of his wage packet were under pay-as-you-play conditions, explaining his lack of minutes at times this campaign.
If that is to be believed, that will have an impact on what the number nine will have earned across his one-year deal in E20.
His weekly wage is a reported £50,000, equating to a £2.4million salary for the year, but is potentially decreased due to his contract conditions.
Wilson’s deal will expire in June 2026, and it feels increasingly likely that he will depart the London Stadium once it finishes.
What next for Wilson in the summer?
It is actually a surprise that the forward has stuck around to this point of the season after a turbulent campaign.
Reports emerged in January that West Ham were close to reaching an agreement with Wilson to terminate his contract early.
After the signings of Castellanos and Pablo, it appeared that he was surplus to requirements, and he also wanted to play regular football.
An exit never happened, but a free transfer elsewhere could be on the cards with Leeds United and Crystal Palace showing interest in him previously.
