This is part of a regular series from our panel of West Ham Super Fans. Each week, our Super Fans will deliver their verdicts on the biggest talking points and news stories around the London Stadium.
West Ham saw their six-match unbeaten run in the Premier League come to an end on Sunday night when they were well beaten 3-1 by Liverpool at the London Stadium.
Mohamed Salah’s second-half brace, followed by a late goal for Georginio Wijnaldum, were enough to secure all three points for Jurgen Klopp’s side before Craig Dawson grabbed a late consolation for the Hammers.
Dawson, 30, has now scored twice in his last two Premier League appearances for the Irons to take his tally three times across all competitions in January.
After the defeat to Liverpool, we asked our panel of West Ham Super Fans who they thought was the man of the match on Sunday and most of them pointed towards the in-form centre-back.
Here is what they had to say:

Dawson has arguably been West Ham’s best player throughout January with the ex-West Brom defender helping to keep two clean sheets in the Premier League as well as scoring his two goals.
According to stats by Wyscout, the 30-year-old won all four of the aerial duels he contested and won 71 per cent of his defensive duels versus Liverpool.
He also made eight interceptions, 14 recoveries and two clearances against the reigning Premier League champions.
It was a tough night for David Moyes and his players but there’s no doubt that Dawson stood out among all others.
While Vladimir Coufal was mentioned by one of the Super Fans, there was also a brutally honest view from another.

In other West Ham news, the Hammers have reportedly offered Winston Reid to Liverpool.
