West Ham United should pounce on Aaron Wan-Bissaka in January after recent transfer revelation
West Ham United have been given a huge boost in their potential pursuit of Manchester United outcast Aaron Wan-Bissaka, with the right-back a natural successor to Vladimir Coufal in east London.
The ex-Crystal Palace defender is expected to be cast aside by Erik ten Hag, with The Red Devils looking to release him in the January transfer window, according to reports. [90min]
If this is the case, David Moyes will surely be looking to swoop in for the once highly-touted youngster, who has seen his form drop off a cliff in the last year.

After joining United for an eye-watering £50million three years ago, the right-back showed initial promise but eventually struggled with the offensive requirements required of him at Old Trafford.
The 25-year-old is an exceptional tackler – especially in one on one defensive scenarios – and highlighted this by pocketing Kylian Mbappe for the entire two legs of their 2018/19 Champions League encounter.
Although a mainstay in his first two season’s at the club, the Englishman has fallen out of favour under United’s new Dutch manager and is now likely to depart in January or next summer.
With Wan-Bissaka’s contract not expiring till the summer of 2024, Moyes may well need to dig deeper into his pockets than first expected for the defender, if he is to lure him to east London.
The Hammers boss will surely be tempted to do just that with Coufal a shadow of his former self, and Ben Johnson having to fill in on the right flank in his place.

Thilo Kehrer also endured a torrid World Cup campaign with Germany and will surely be short of confidence upon his return to the club, so January can’t come soon enough for Moyes as he looks to repair his paper-thin defensive options.
Possessing blistering pace, astute defensive play and big-game experience, Wan-Bissaka seems the perfect fit for the West Ham United right-back issues.
