West Ham receive major Endrick boost as fresh transfer stance emerges from Real Madrid

West Ham have just received a major boost in their pursuit of Endrick ahead of the January transfer window.

The Brazilian has fallen out of favour at Real Madrid this season, and a move to the Premier League could provide an ideal escape this winter.

West Ham are being linked with a move for Endrick, who is expected to leave the Santiago Bernabeu in January, in order to secure more regular gametime elsewhere.

Given the excitement surrounding the starlet when he first moved to the Spanish capital, it has felt like an unlikely deal for the Hammers to secure.

However, the latest development in Madrid suggests that Nuno Espirito Santo’s side may actually have a genuine chance of securing the forward’s signature.

West Ham loan-to-buy proposal for Endrick appeals to Real Madrid

It has been suggested so far that Endrick could move to West Ham on loan for the second half of the season, in a deal which would surely suit all parties.

Madrid would see the youngster receive more gametime, and the East Londoners would temporarily get their hands on one of the most exciting prospects in world football.

However, David Sullivan and Co. may now be about to make ground on a suggestion which could ultimately see them land the 19-year-old permanently.

The E20 outfit have emerged as “one of the most serious options” to sign Endrick during the January window, and would value an initial loan deal with a purchase option also included, according to Grada3.

Crucially, the idea of a loan-to-buy deal is understood to appeal to Xabi Alonso and Real Madrid, which could give West Ham a crucial upper hand moving forward.

The possibility of a permanent transfer hasn’t appeared to be on the table for the Premier League side until now, but if their Spanish counterparts are tempted by that proposition, then a deal could genuinely take place.

Endrick deal would be a step in the right direction for the Hammers

Niclas Fullkrug has picked up another injury at West Ham, as their curse regarding the strikers they have brought to the club looks destined to continue.

The Hammers have spent big on ageing, inconsistent frontmen far too frequently in recent years, and as a result, it is refreshing to see them attempt to buck that trend with Endrick.

The youngster is still trying to make his way in the game and will be desperate to come in and prove that he has what it takes to be a good option at the highest level.

Even if they are ultimately only able to secure a loan deal, the Brazilian’s arrival at the London Stadium could only be a positive thing for West Ham.
