West Ham could be set for a bright future after planning application confirmation
West Ham have submitted a planning proposal to build a new building at their training ground at Rush Green.
The Hammers have one of the least developed training grounds in the Premier League, but it appears as if they finally intend to improve Rush Green [Havering London Borough Planning Applications].
They have submitted an application, and a decision will be made by October on the planned new building.

It is unclear exactly what the Hammers have decided to do and what the new building will be, but it could indicate a potentially bright future for the Irons.
West Ham had an incredible season last year as they finished in sixth place and have started this season very well, winning their first two games and scoring eight goals.
If they could match this on-field ambition off the pitch, the Irons could be set for a prolonged period of success, rather than just a flash in the pan.

All of the best teams in the country have state of the art facilities and training grounds, and if this new building is modern, the Hammers would be taking a step forward off the field, which would be good.
Of course, they have to be granted permission first, but if they are, we are excited to see what this new building will be, and it could be the beginning of a bright future for the Irons.
