View: Simon Jordan shares humiliating view on West Ham boss David Moyes

Simon Jordan has yet again completely embarrassed himself with his terrible take on West Ham boss David Moyes as Manchester United search for a new boss.

Jim White threw the Scots name into the mix much to the former Crystal Palace chairman’s disapproval.

He told talkSPORT [March 29, 11:08 am]: “David still falls into the category of not knowing what winning looks like.”

In the rant, Jordan called the Hammers owners “clueless” for appointing Moyes for a second spell at the London Stadium. Jordan then completely contradicted himself with what he said next.

“Everybody with half a brain in football knew that was a poisoned chalice. Everybody knew that the next cab off the rank, it was just an impossible situation.

“So that means this would be the perfect time for David Moyes to potentially go back to Manchester United,” he added.

Ludicrous

Why would Moyes go back to Old Trafford after the way he was treated during his first spell at the club. He was dismissed without even being given a chance and the way the fans treated him was shocking.

Understandably, they were on the back end of losing Sir Alex Ferguson and were desperate to maintain the high levels of success that the club legend showed but that is more than enough to see the Hammers boss never want to return.

West Ham

You could argue that the Irons fired him after an unsuccessful first spell but even he would likely admit that was justified.

Not only that, Moyes is enjoying probably the spell in his entire career at the London Stadium and has buried all of the skeletons of his past failures along the way.

He is in his prime now after several tough years of struggling after the United sacking.

The 58-year-old is on the cusp of becoming an Irons legend, surely he wouldn’t ruin all of the progress he has made for a return to United.

In other West Ham news, Declan Rice lifts the lid on a failure that will ‘haunt’ him forever.
