Signing Justin Kluivert will be risk worth taking for West Ham
West Ham are interested in signing Roma winger Justin Kluivert in the ongoing transfer window, according to Gazzetta dello Sport’s print edition.
The Hammers are in the market to sign an attacking player ahead of the next campaign to bolster their options in the final third.
For this purpose, the Irons are now linked with the Dutch international and as per the latest report, Roma will be willing to sell the player for an offer in the region of £13million.

Kluivert spent the last season on loan with French club Nice where he managed to score six times and provided as many assists in 31 appearances across all competitions [Transfermarkt].
Good Attacking Player
Kluivert is a player that has been in the headlines ever since Ajax made the Europa League final in 2017. His conversation with Mourinho after the full-time whistle in that final showed that the world of football may have a new star in the making.
Since then, Kluivert’s reputation has taken a slight hit which is why the same Mourinho, who is now coaching at Roma, does not count on the former Ajax winger.

As West Ham are preparing for a second successive season in European competition, they have to make sure that they get their attacking model in the best shape.
They cannot rely on Michael Antonio for the entire season due to his injury concerns. Most of their goals came from Jarrod Bowen in the previous season, who made a great start to life at the London Stadium.
If they want to make sure that they excel in the upcoming campaign, signing a player like Kluivert will be worth risk-taking, especially because of his age as there is enough room to improve in the coming years.
