Emmanuel Dennis and Ismaila Sarr would be an upgrade over West Ham United duo

Bolstering the attacking department is a priority for David Moyes, and West Ham are working on double deals on that front.

According to reliable Hammers insider, ExWHUemployee (via his Patreon account on Friday morning (17 June), West Ham are showing strong interest in two Watford players – Emanuel Dennis and Ismaila Sarr – and the club will move for both of them in the coming days

The Hammers do have depth in their attacking midfield ranks, but new additions are required. Andriy Yarmolenko has left the club, while Said Benrahma is facing an uncertain future.

Moyes needs players who can be real game-changers to support Jarrod Bowen upfront. Both Dennis and Sarr would be a cracking addition to the club.

Emmanuel Dennis

The 24-year-old forward is an exciting player to watch. He is fast and skilful, loves to dribble, and can play in multiple positions.

While he needs to improve on his crossing and overall passing, the Nigerian has age on his side to improve.

Last season (2021-22), he scored 10 goals and provided six assists for the club. When surrounded by better players, these numbers are bound to improve.

Ismaila Sarr

Like Dennis, he is also 24 and has got loads of talent. Loads. One needs to watch him in action to realise how brilliant he is.

He is a brilliant dribbler and a fantastic finisher. When playing on the left he loves to cut in and have a go at the goal. If he is playing on the right-hand side, he is still equally effective.

Furthermore, he can play as a striker, although it is not his natural position. Last season, he scored five goals and two assists in 21 Premier League starts.

The thing is Benrahma is, the Algerian tends to frustrate more than he appeases. He lacks consistency. Both Dennis and Sarr are young, reliable, versatile and would be an upgrade over both Yarmolenko and Benrahma.

In other West Ham news, the Irons have been offered the chance to sign this £12.8million goal machine after his club was relegated.
