Despite having Jarrod Bowen commit himself to playing for the East London club for at least one season in the second tier, Nuno has found it difficult to get his team's campaign properly underway.
And after three games, West Ham find themselves 19th in the Championship with just two points.

As seen on X, Hammers fans sung 'you're getting sacked in the morning' at Nuno following the full-time whistle at Watford on Saturday.
After relegation was confirmed at the end of last season, there was talk that Nuno could be dismissed by the club.
However, a decision was made to stand by the 52-year-old, who has won the Championship title previously with Wolves.
Wolves are now West Ham's next opponents in the Championship, with the two sides meeting on Tuesday night.
