No brainer

Replacing Declan Rice is an impossible task, with West Ham set to lose a star midfielder and a leader both on and off the pitch this summer.

His exit has not been confirmed, but it is, of course, very likely, with Rice set to leave a huge gap in the Hammers midfield.

West Ham were by no means top-class in the Premier League this season, but at least they secured European football, and that is something that can definitely help lure the young star to the London Stadium.

His Valencia side only just managed to stay in La Liga this season, finishing just two points above the relegation zone.

At 20, Musah has already made a big decision in choosing to play for the USA over England at international level, with a potential switch to West Ham this summer representing another huge decision for the youngster.

But it is one that could definitely work out, with Hammers fans set to welcome him to East London with open arms despite their heartbreak after the expected loss of Rice.
