Youssef En-Nesyri speaks out as West Ham United speculation goes into overdrive
Youssef En-Nesyri has come out to say that he has no intention of leaving Sevilla in the January transfer window despite West Ham interest.
The Moroccan international had been the subject of a £22million bid from the Hammers that would be an initial loan move this season become becoming an obligatory deal in the summer [AS].
But the 25-year-old, who scored twice in four Champions League games this season, has now come out via his agent’s Instagram, Anass Ouzifi, and said he does not intend to leave.

“Right now I only want to keep my head in Sevilla. It’s not a matter of money,” En-Nesyri wrote, as translated by COPE. “It’s a sporting matter, of wanting to help the team in the worst moments.
“We have a great squad and we are sure that we are going to move this situation forward. I had the chance to leave on other occasions, and I also said no. Now we all need each other. There is a long season left. We have three competitions ahead of us and We are going to empty ourselves in the field.”
Move on
En-Nesyri could not make it more clear that he does not want to leave Sevilla right now and for the amount of money it would cost West Ham to prize him away, they are much better off trying to sign someone else.

There are a lot of clubs trying to find the right number nine right now but there is also plenty of fish in the sea that can all be obtained by the Irons in the January transfer window.
David Moyes does not and should not have to rush a signing through the door just for the sake of doing so when Gianluca Scamacca could find his feet in the second half of the campaign and be a match-winner on his own.
Despite their poor form this season, the squad Moyes has to play with is far better than relegation on paper and it will only take a couple of back-to-back results to see the confidence return and the drop become a distant dread.
