WHZ View: Issa Diop may have played his last game for West Ham
West Ham will focus on bolstering their squad in the summer once the season is over, and it’s going to be a massive transfer window.
Having reached the semi-finals of the Europa League this term, there is a belief that the club can reach new heights under David Moyes if he is backed properly in the market.
Signing a new centre-back is essential, with Issa Diop likely to leave the club.

According to ExWHUemployee, who shared on his Patreon account [May 16], the Hammers are open to accepting offers for Diop in the summer.
The 25-year-old has managed 26 appearances in all competitions this season and has only impressed in patches.
In fact, this is what Diop is all about – he is occasionally good, but most of the time, he frustrates.
When Kurt Zouma and Angelo Ogbonna both got injured, David Moyes was left with no other option but to play both Diop and Craig Dawson regularly.
While Dawson has proved to be an epitome of consistency, Diop failed to raise his game.

Diop was impressive in the 3-0 win over Lyon in the second leg of the Europa League quarterfinal, but that was one of his rare good performances this season.
It seems the club have made a decision. He will be sold in the summer if there’s a good offer on the table.
Diop has returned to fitness, but he was not picked in the 2-2 draw against Manchester City.
The Hammers need to win against Brighton in their final game to have any chance of securing a place in the Europa League next season.
It’s highly likely that Dawson and Zouma will once again partner at the back in such a crucial game.
Diop, thus, may have played his final game for the Hammers.
