West Ham winger Said Benrahma to undergo scan on Monday
West Ham winger Said Benrahma is set to undergo a scan on Monday (09 May), according to a report from Claret and Hugh.
The Hammers winger hobbled off in the second half against Norwich at Carrow Road.
Benrahma scored twice against the Canaries on Sunday (8 May) as the Hammers registered a comfortable 4-0 win.

Claret and Hugh report: “Three of them suffered knocks but as things stand only Said is likely to face a scan in the morning. It was good to see him produce his form and fingers crossed he’ll be okay for Manchester City next weekend.”

At this stage of the season, David Moyes will not be happy to lose any of his key players.
After their impressive run in the Europa League ended last week, the Hammers should give their all and try to win their remaining games to give themselves a chance to finish in the top six.
The competition is fierce as Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United are also aiming for a place in Europe.
To be fair, this is a hard lesson for the Hammers. They prioritised the Europa League over the Premier League and lost games at a stretch.

It’s mainly because they don’t have a big squad. The failure to sign players in January has come back to haunt them. Surely, the club will learn from their mistakes in the summer.
Benrahma is one of those players who could be shipped out in the summer. The winger has impressed only in patches, and he has been largely frustrating.
The consistency is the only demon for Benrahma, and it’s really frustrating for the manager to keep hope in a player who often flatters to deceive.
With the club set to undergo rebuilding in the summer, it will be interesting to see if Moyes still sticks with Benrahma.
