West Ham winger Nathan Holland reveals Michail Antonio advice
West Ham United winger Nathan Holland has revealed which first team stars have helped him with his development.
The 23-year-old is currently on loan at League One side Oxford United, where he has made 18 appearances this season, scoring three goals.
Holland has bounced back from a hamstring injury that meant he struggled for match fitness throughout last season.

He was part of West Ham’s squad for their pre-season training camp in the summer and told The Athletic about the experience.
Holland, who The Athletic describe as a ‘skilful attacker’, said: “Mark Noble, Declan Rice and Michail Antonio were great with advice and would tell me areas of my game I needed to work on.
“After every game, Antonio would give me feedback, really going out of his way. I could tell he rated me which was a good feeling.”

A future at West Ham?
It is always great to hear stories like this where experienced players in the squad go above and beyond to help out younger talents.
It has not been an easy two years for Holland due to injury and fitness issues, so the advice of players like Antonio, Rice and Noble will have been a huge boost to him.
The winger’s contract at the London Stadium expires at the end of the season and it seems unlikely that he will be handed an extension.
Holland has not made a Premier League appearance since December 2019 and has perhaps found his level in League One with Oxford.
The Hammers have teenage stars Armstrong Okoflex and Thierry Nevers breaking through from the academy, whereas at 23 years old Holland is probably best progressing his career elsewhere.
In other West Ham news, the club have revived their interest in a highly-rated forward with a £16.8m release clause .
