West Ham want to sign Cameron Carter-Vickers from rivals Tottenham
West Ham United are among several clubs who want to sign United States centre-back Cameron Carter-Vickers from Tottenham Hotspur, according to TEAMtalk.
The 24-year-old is currently on his seventh loan away from North London at Celtic and has played all but one of their Scottish Premiership games this season.
The Hoops are keen to sign him permanently next season and negotiated an option to buy clause in the deal during January.

TEAMtalk understands, however, that West Ham are one of five Premier League clubs monitoring the American defender’s progress north of the border to potentially ready a summer move.
Leicester, Burnley, Watford and Wolves are those in the hunt along with Championship threesome West Brom, Middlesbrough and Bournemouth.
He enters his final year on his current Spurs deal next season and that might see him become available at a cut-price as they look to get the best possible transfer fee for him.
Cover and nothing more
David Moyes has to ask himself whether he wants to improve his best team or bolster his squad in the summer.

He won’t have to worry about budget considering the option to buy for Celtic is only £10million but is he good enough to make a difference at the London Stadium?
He isn’t going to displace either Kurt Zouma or Craig Dawson in defence and that’s without including the currently injured Angelo Ogbonna who would also jump the queue ahead of him.
Carter-Vickers then is, at best, the fourth choice and that’s if you rate him higher than Issa Diop.
Rather than try and get another backup, Moyes should be setting his ambitions higher and trying to improve upon what he already has.
Despite his good season in Scotland, Carter-Vickers just isn’t that and the Irons should stay away from the brawl.
In other West Ham news, Daniel Kretinsky could bankroll the club in order to sign this 20-goal striker in the summer.
