West Ham United to launch another bid for Hans Vanaken after Lucas Paqueta deal, player now desperate
West Ham United are set to make yet another bid for Club Brugges playmaker Hans Vanaken in the coming days, according to the Daily Mail.
The newspaper has reported in its print edition [27 August, pg. 112], that the Irons will return for a third time after seeing two initial bids waved away.
Vanaken is said to be desperate to make the move to not only the Premier League but to the London Stadium to work under David Moyes this season and beyond.

Writing in his latest Window Watch snippet for the Daily Mail, Simon Jones reported what else to expect in the coming days at the London Stadium.
“West Ham are to make a third bid for Club Brugges midfielder Hans Vanaken,” he wrote.
“The 30-year-old wants to play in the Premier League and is desperate to link up with David Moyes, with the Scot making it clear that he wants the 6ft 5in Belgian.”

Desperate.
These are exactly the type of players we want to see the club targeting.
Vanaken is desperate to pull on the claret and blue, so the least we will get from him is 100% as we look to move on from the days of signings such as Nikola Vlasic.
With Lucas Paqueta set to complete his medicals today after jetting in from France, that is one record deal expected to go through within days, if not hours.
West Ham United are not expected to sit still after that though, and Vanaken will still be courted despite the Brazilian’s expected arrival – something we love to see.
Moyes is expected to get his men, with two new arrivals on the cards within days before the deadline slams shut on Thursday evening [01 September].
If Paqueta can be done within 24-48 hours, expect a move for Vanaken to be the main and possibly only move we look to complete after.
