West Ham United to compete with Arsenal and Spurs to sign Juventus midfielder Manuel Locatelli
West Ham United are one of the three London clubs interested in signing Juventus midfielder Manuel Locatelli, according to ilbianconero.
The Hammers were extremely active in the transfer market in the summer where they signed eight first-team players.
As per the latest report, the Irons are one of the clubs to watch out for including Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur who are interested in signing the Italy international.
The report further stated that the Euro-winning midfielder might be allowed to leave for a fee in the region of £35million.

Even though it can be claimed that he is not as good a player as Rice is but considering what he has shown for Juventus and Italy, there aren’t many better options available to replace the England international, that too for a price of as low as £35 million.
