West Ham United to announce Maxwel Cornet at 7pm - ExWHUemployee

West Ham United are to announce the signing of Burnley winger Maxwel Cornet at 7 pm, according to ExWHUemployee.

The reliable source has reported that everything is finialised with the Ivorian international, and it will be made all official within minutes now.

It is shared that Cornet has signed a five-year contract with an option for a further year and will wear the number 14 shirt at the London Stadium.

Writing on his personal Twitter account when quizzed by fans, Ex shared that the announcement could come sooner rather than later on Friday.

“7pm I think,” he responded to a question.

Here We Go.

West Ham United making announcements before the Premier League season kicks off.

All of the action on the pitch will be at Selhurst Park as Crystal Palace take on Arsenal, but the real action will be at the London Stadium.

Cornet being announced is brilliant work from everyone involved, with it only taking around 24 hours to get everything sorted after he travelled to London late on Thursday.

The Ivorian may have been relegated with Burnley, but he proved that he can take the Premier League by storm at Turf Moor, so imagine what he can do here.

With the likes of Jarrod Bowen, Gianluca Scamacca and Michail Antonio around him, he should be able to go up to that next level in domestic and European football.

David Moyes will no doubt have a huge smile on his face, although we will have to wait until next week to see him in action as he was registered just too late.

Get it announced.
