West Ham United: Thomas Tuchel update emerges as David Moyes in sack trouble
Former Chelsea and current Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel is unlikely to consider a move to West Ham, according to the Daily Mail.
The newspaper reported on 19 February that the Champions League winner may not fancy a return to London if it is to take over the reins from David Moyes who’s under immense sack pressure.
The Hammers have even drawn up a shortlist of candidates to replace the Scotsman amid recent disappointing results.
Is Thomas Tuchel too big a draw for West Ham United?
As a manager who has achieved success at the highest level, winning the Champions League with Chelsea and currently leading Bayern Munich, the German is accustomed to managing world-class players and competing at the pinnacle of European football.
Considering his achievements and the calibre of clubs he’s been associated with, Tuchel may perceive a move to West Ham as a significant step down in terms of club stature and ambitions.
The Hammers, while a solid Premier League side that have been in Europe over the past few seasons, may not offer the same level of resources, prestige, or immediate prospects for success as Tuchel is accustomed to.
Additionally, given how things are panning out recently for him, he may even want to take a break if Bayern do end up sacking him.

Graham Potter is another manager whose name has been thrown into the mix and he could be a decent appointment for the Hammers.
In other West Ham news, Tim Sherwood has savaged a first-team player who’s gone from bad to worse as unseen footage of him has emerged.
