West Ham United strike multi-season agreement with bank, deal now officially announced

West Ham United have agreed a deal with The Kingdom Bank Corporation to become its first Official Regional Banking Partner, the club have confirmed.

Announced via the club’s website on Wednesday (6 March, the Hammers have struck a multi-season deal with the provider of digital banking services, based in the Commonwealth of Dominica.

Not only will the partnership see The Kingdom Bank Corporation offer customers a chance to win matchday hospitality packages over the coming seasons, but it will also become an official partner of the West Ham United Women’s team.

Chief Commercial Officer Nathan Thompson said: “The Kingdom Bank has grown significantly over the past few years and we are delighted to be launching our first-of-its-kind regional partnership with them, along with their support of our Women’s team.”

What does this partnership mean for West Ham United?

The partnership with The Kingdom Bank Corporation will provide a lot of excitement at the London Stadium currently, especially when it comes to supporting of the club’s Women’s team.

The Hammers are in desperate need of a change in the Women’s Super League, sitting one place above the relegation zone after just three wins in 15 matches.

Adding another partnership to the Women’s team will help them grow more rapidly, which will be required if they are to stay in the division next season.

It will also help West Ham United to reach further in the world, with the partnership expanding across the Eastern Caribbean, hoping to touch all four corners of the globe and give chances to abroad fans that may have never attended matches in London before.

With such uncertainty over David Moyes’ future at the club and a rocky run of matches that only just ended with wins over Brentford and Everton, this news brings a much more positive piece of news to the London Stadium.
