West Ham United stance revealed amid Arsenal and Manchester United interest in Declan Rice
West Ham have reportedly been left “mystified and confused” at Arsenal’s offer for Manchester United, City and Chelsea target Declan Rice.
According to 90 Min journalist Tody Cudworth, the Hammers expected more from the Gunners as they had made their valuation clear on the 24-year-old.
Rice is also being targeted by the two Manchester clubs as well as Chelsea as a transfer saga is likely to begin for his services.

Cudworth wrote on Twitter, “West Ham reject Arsenal’s first offer for captain Declan Rice. The Hammers are mystified & confused by the size and structure of the bid given they’ve made the 24y/o’s valuation abundantly clear. Talks to continue.”
Joke
Anything under £100m cannot and will not be considered by the Hammers so Arsenal are just wasting everyone’s time here.
West Ham know what a solid asset they’ve got on their hand and the fact that there are so many clubs keen will make it a seller’s market.

If Arsenal can’t afford him, then they can expect Manchester United, Chelsea or even Manchester City to offer more.
Rice is clear that he wants to take that step up in his career so convincing him to stay no longer seems to be an option.
Had it been on the table, David Sullivan would not have come out and said it publically and would’ve dodged the question.
It remains to be seen where he ends up but Arsenal have to get serious with their offers.
