West Ham United set to make big loss as Nikola Vlasic sale edges closer
Nikola Vlasic is set to be allowed to leave West Ham United in January with Torino ready to pay the fee required, according to Claret and Hugh.
The Croatian international has found a new lease of life in Serie A after leaving the London Stadium on loan over the summer, following a tough first year in the Premier League.
The Italian side, based in Turin, are now prepared to pay £13million to make the season-long loan move a permanent fixture and it could be triggered when the January transfer window opens.

That price tag would represent a terrible loss for the Hammers who spent £26million to sign Vlasic from CSKA Moscow at the beginning of last season, only to give him few opportunities on the pitch.
Torino could therefore be seen to have a bargain on their hands with his price cut by 50 per cent in just over 12 months and hand the Irons a big financial loss.
Impatient
David Moyes only really has himself to blame for this failure of a transfer because he continuously refused to rotate his side and give Vlasic a genuine chance throughout the season.
He only started to rest his top players when the end of season rush came as a result of reaching the Europa League semi-finals and by that point, it was all too late for the Croatian to save his career at the club.

And now that the club are struggling for inspiration, they could probably do with someone with his international and Champions League experience to calm everything down while also being the man to make the difference in attack.
Goals have been very hard to come by so far for Moyes’ men despite West Ham spending over £80million on Gianluca Scamacca and Lucas Paqueta alone so something has to be done.
But recalling the Croatian is not the answer now with his heart set on Turin and that move increasingly likely to happen.
