West Ham United: Ruben Amorim to accept job as David Moyes sack update emerges

David Sullivan has been told that Ruben Amorim will accept the West Ham job if he’s offered it, according to Graeme Bailey.

The HITC journalist issued an update on his report on 22 April where he claimed that a decision is still to be made on the sacking of David Moyes.

It’s understood that Amorim has been offered to the Hammers and he could be on his way to the London Stadium.

Bailey wrote on Twitter: “David Sullivan has been told that Ruben Amorim would ‘accept’ the West Ham job, if offered it.”

West Ham must hire Ruben Amorim

The time appears ripe for West Ham to consider replacing Moyes as their manager.

This decision is supported by the club’s recent performances and the availability of a promising replacement in Amorim.

Under Moyes, the Hammers have played a drab style of football and have been carried over the line by individual brilliance.

Amorim appears to have expressed willingness to accept the Hammers job and it also represents an opportunity for the club to bring in fresh ideas and a new approach to management, potentially leading to improved performance on the field.

Amorim’s track record, including leading Sporting to a league title and his reputation for tactical innovation, suggests he could be a great fit for the club.

It remains to be seen if he’s on the same page as the club and nothing is finalised until he signs on the dotted line.
