West Ham United now finalising terms with Gianluca Scamacca with deal agreed, 10% sell-on clause included
West Ham United have now finally agreed a deal worth up to £35.5million for Sassuolo striker Gianluca Scamacca, according to Dharmesh Sheth.
The Sky Sports journalist has reported that the Italian side has negotiated a 10% sell-on clause into the deal should another move brew up after his time with the Irons.
The Hammers are now set to push ahead with personal terms, with those set to be finalised after talks between the clubs finally pushed on in the last 24 hours.

Writing on his personal Twitter account, Sheth has shared the news that this one is finally coming to an end at the London Stadium this weekend.
“West Ham United have agreed a deal with Sassuolo for striker Gianluca Scamacca,” he wrote.
“The fee is understood to be an initial £30.5m plus £5m in add-ons. Personal terms being finalised.
“Sassuolo have a 10% sell-on clause.”
All but done.
This one is finally set to be completed.
It looks as though West Ham United are bound to give up on Armando Broja at Southampton, and Scamacca is the man who they are going to bring in instead.
David Moyes has been crying out for a new number nine and he is finally set to get his wish after two years of only having Michail Antonio alone.
ExWHUemployee reported earlier that basic wages were complete with the finer details needing to be looked at as they look to get it over the line.
Broja can be forgotten about now, with the Irons having no time to play the games of Chelsea at this stage, with toehr areas still needing looking at after this one.
Midfield and defensive reinforcements will be looked at, so that is something that will see GSBK and their team in overdrive in the coming days and weeks.
