West Ham United now eye move for Bamba Dieng after completing Gianluca Scamacca deal
West Ham United are now eyeing a move to sign Marseille attacker Bamba Dieng this summer, according to Media Foot.
The French outlet has reported on its website that the Irons still want another forward option after confirming the arrival of the Gianluca Scamacca this week.
Newcastle are said to be in the race too for Dieng, who has now been made available for only £10.1million with the fee described as being no problem for either club.

That isn’t it, though, with interest also coming from France.
Marseille are also taking an interest from Strasbourg as they get set for three clubs to make their moves to sign the 22-year-old in the coming days and weeks, it seems.
Dieng is described as having very good value on the market, meaning that he could be sold on for definite profit in the future should he perform well in the Premier League.
Another hurdle could be the fact that the Senegalese international still needs persuading to leave Marseille, though.

Options.
David Moyes has been crying out for depth in the final third for years now.
Michail Antonio has been alone as the only out-and-out striker for 18 months since Sebastien Haller left to join Ajax, and even he has since joined Borussia Dortmund.
Bringing in Scamacca was a huge statement of intent from the club though, and also making a move for Dieng will send a real message out to the rest of the Premier League.
That would give us three real options, with Dieng and Scamacca also capable of playing in the three behind Antonio if needed in games to give us a different dimension.
At just above £10million, that is a bargain in the modern-day world of transfers.
With the only hurdle being persuading Dieng, the money on offer and the lure of the Premier League should be enough to do that, when was the last time Marseille did anything of note?
This is certainly one to watch at West Ham United.
