David Moyes West Ham United sack talk intensifies with Everton question raised
Talks of West Ham United sacking David Moyes have intensified after the club suffered another damning Premier League defeat to Brentford on December 30.
Moyes and the Hammers are lingering above the relegation zone in the Premier League and now a question has been raised linking the Scot to another job.
Journalist Phil McNulty posed the question as to “how long” it would be until Moyes was linked with a return to Everton and Goodison Park, with Frank Lampard in the same boat.
“How long before David Moyes is linked with a return to Everton?,” said McNulty on Twitter.
It’s actually a solid question to pose, with Lampard also in the firing line, if Moyes became available he’d surely be a shoo-in for his former job.

Got to go.
It’s hard to keep backing Moyes after another woeful defeat and it just seems like West Ham United are going around in circles at the moment.
This isn’t to say the Scot hasn’t done a fantastic job, he certainly has, but he’s also not progressing the team any further this campaign.
The club currently have one of their best-ever squads on paper and unfortunately, this isn’t being utilised by Moyes’ stale and old tactics.
And it’s not like there are no options on the market for West Ham United to look at, Thomas Tuchel and Mauricio Pochettino are just a few names available.
Moyes is now staring a the writing on the wall, his time is surely up and a majority of fans will be in agreement that leaving is the best option for all parties involved.
By keeping him in the mix, the Hammers are risking sleepwalking into a relegation scrap, one which would tarnish their reputation completely.
