West Ham United make numerous enquiries as summer transfer plans could quickly take concrete shape

West Ham are making numerous enquiries at the moment which could turn concrete, according to ExWHUemployee.

The reliable Hammers source passed on to his Patreon (25 June) that the Hammers are likely to secure signings of Alphonse Areola and Patrick Kelly, which are expected to be confirmed by the end of this month.

Ex also added that the Hammers have earmarked Armando Broja as their top priority target but Chelsea are playing hardball at the moment.

Exciting

The Hammers should be able to complete the deal for Areola, especially after Newcastle United have signed Nick Pope this summer.

Likewise, Kelly was expected to join last week, but the deal was delayed.

However, Ex suggests that both the signings will take place before the end of this month, which gives the impression that it is as good as done.

The club seems to have quickly turned their attention elsewhere, and that’s a smart approach.

West Ham

The Hammers need five to six signings this summer, and it looks like they are in the process to find the right profile of players.

Signing a striker is a priority, while the club must look to add a couple of midfielders as well.

Adding a left-back is crucial while, bolstering the attacking midfield department is also necessary.

West Ham are also reportedly keen to sign Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Gini Wijnaldum [90min], while Hull City’s exciting youngster Keane Lewis-Potter is also another name being linked with a move.
