Sky Sports: Lorient would accept Terem Moffi bid from West Ham United for new transfer
Ligue 1 side Lorient would accept the £25m bid from West Ham United for Terem Moffi but the player is undecided about the move, according to a Sky Sports source.
This comes after Sky Sports shared that Danny Ings had agreed to a £15m switch to the London Stadium from Aston Villa to join David Moyes’ ranks.
Sky Sports also shared that the Nigerian forward is currently unsure about a move to West Ham United, something which may be stalling the move.

“Danny Ings is close to completing his move to completing his move to the London Stadium and a move for Lorient’s Terem Moffi has not been ruled out,” as quoted by Sky Sports.
“One source has told us the Ligue 1 side would accept West Ham’s £25m offer but the player is undecided about the move.”

Moffi > Ings.
Making a move for Ings just screams panic buying, to be honest, and he just isn’t the kind of player the Hammers needs in their ranks right now.
Moffi on the other hand, whilst unproven in the Premier League, has been in devastating form in Ligue 1 and has the pacey and direct play West Ham United need in their attack right now.
Why are the Irons making moves for a 30-year-old forward? Yes, he’s proven to score goals in the Premier League but soon he’ll be past his sell-by date.
The team needs younger players like Moffi who can come in and change things up drastically, not a veteran forward looking for the last big move of his career.
This view on Ings may be slightly pessimistic but it just seems like the completely wrong transfer to be making in the position the club currently sit in.
Time will tell whether or not Ings will score goals aplenty for the Hammers, but looking at the bigger picture, the team should have concentrated on securing Moffi first.
