West Ham United interested in Bayern Munich midfielder £10m Marc Roca
West Ham have been monitoring Bayern Munich midfielder Marc Roca who is thought to be available for £10million, according to The Athletic.
The Spaniard is two years into a five-year deal at the Allianz Arena but is now attracting interest from the Premier League.
Leeds United have reportedly turned their attentions to him as they look to make a third signing of the summer and are “pushing” for a deal.

With opportunities limited in the midfield for the German giants he is expected to be available for a fairly low price, after making 13 appearances in the 2021/22 campaign in the Budesliga and Champions League.
Central midfield is an area that David Moyes is known to want to strengthen, with Declan Rice and Tomas Soucek the only senior options as things stand.
On their heels
It is becoming a familiar pattern for the Hammers to have an interest in a player only to be overtaken by a rival suitor.
It appears if they aren’t ready to move quickly they face the same thing happening again for the former Espanyol man.
At the quoted price it would seem an obvious deal to make if they consider him of any use, as the Irons squad needs back up in that area even if a signing isn’t ready to shift either of the two prospective starters.

It is a far cry from the £50million approach for the Whites’ England star Phillips, and now a separate target is being lined up to play alongside him at Elland Road.
He has only made 24 appearances in all competitions in Bavaria after spending four years in La Liga before Espanyol were relegated.
Fans can only assume that the Irons do not rate Roca enough to want to bring him in if they have so far not made turned their interest into an approach.
They will also be looking enviously at the side who appears to be in the driving seat of the chase, as Leeds have quickly completed two deals and now look to be moving in on a third while the Hammers are yet to announce their first.
A deal for Nayef Aguerd has been on the brink of completion for close to a week now, and a return for Jesse Lingard is considered likely, but after a frustrating January where plenty of interest manifested in zero signings supporters may start to get edgy if players don’t arrive soon.
In other West Ham news, a first team player looks to be on the way out as the club hopes to fund incoming transfers.
