West Ham United in hunt to sign Eintracht Frankfurt ace Willian Pacho, £35m fee needed
West Ham are keeping track of the progress of Eintracht Frankfurt defender Willian Pacho, according to TEAMtalk.
The publication reported on its website on Wednesday (18 October) that Everton and Crystal Palace are also keeping tabs on the player.
The centre-back, who plays for the Ecuador national team, joined Frankfurt from Belgian club Royal Antwerp in the summer.

“A trio of English clubs are tracking Willian Pacho of Eintracht Frankfurt to see whether he lives up to the hype as one of the Bundesliga’s next breakout stars,” according to TEAMtalk.
“At this early stage of his career in Germany it is understood Crystal Palace, Everton and West Ham have an eye on his big breakthrough.
“While Frankfurt will be in no mood to let Pacho leave soon, there is already talk that a player signed for £8million from Royal Antwerp holds a value closer to £35million.”

New defender wanted?
Hammers manager David Moyes was undoubtedly keen on bringing a new defender to the London Stadium in the summer in order to bolster his backline.
Manchester United man Harry Maguire was seemingly close to making a switch to East London, but in the end a move never materialised.
The Hammers did, however, succeed in bringing a new central defender to the club, with Konstantinos Mavropanos arriving from Stuttgart.
But now Moyes could return to German football to bring in another new face, although it seems that a move won’t be easy.
Not only did the player just join Frankfurt, but there is also reportedly a three-way battle for his signature. Between the Hammers, the Eagles and the Toffees, however, West Ham may just fancy their chances due to their appeal.
They recently brought the likes of Mohammed Kudus and Edson Alvarez to the London Stadium, undoubtedly beating off several other clubs for their signatures.
In other West Ham news, Moyes must seriously consider selecting one award-winning Hammers sensation after his rapid rise.
