Pablo Fornals and Joe Hart send rapturous response to West Ham United star Declan Rice
Pablo Fornals and Joe Hart couldn’t contain their excitement for England and West Ham United star Declan Rice, sending the midfielder glowing messages on Instagram.
Rice has been one of a number of stand-out stars for Gareth Southgate’s side in Qatar, as he and England now head into a Quarter Final clash against France on 10 December.
The Hammers skipper posted on his Instagram his delight in reaching the Quarters to which Fornals and Celtic star, Hart both responded.
“Quarters here we come,” wrote Rice on Instagram.
To which Fornals responded “You own this game,” with Hart opting for some clapping emojis.
Flying the flag.
Rice is undoubtedly flying the flag for the Hammers at the FIFA World Cup and is proving to the world just how good of a footballer he is.
Bossing things in the middle of the park for England is no easy feat and it’s something Rice has done time and time again during his young career.
Unfortunately, the top performances from Rice only edge him closer to a move away from the London Stadium this summer.
This also plays into the hands of the Hammers too though, the better Rice plays the more West Ham United will be able to get for their star man.
£100m+ seems a fair price in today’s inflated transfer market, especially for a homegrown talent like Rice, anything below this would be foolish underselling from the club.
That’s not to say Rice leaving West Ham United is a forgone conclusion, anything can happen in the modern game, but being well prepared for his exit is the safest bet.
