West Ham United eye loan deal for Armando Broja
West Ham are reportedly eyeing a loan move for Chelsea striker Armando Broja who is enjoying a fantastic season at Southampton on loan.
According to a report from Claret and Hugh, the Hammers feel they have a better chance of signing him on loan, with a view to making it permanent at the end of the season.
Broja is set to return to Chelsea at the end of this season and after that his future will be decided by Thomas Tuchel.

Smart transfer plan
The 20-year-old striker has been in red-hot form this season, managing nine goals for Southampton in all competitions.

Chelsea cannot sell or buy any players until their takeover is complete. In any case, the Blues have loads of options in their forward department, and even Romelu Lukaku, their big money signing is struggling for regular minutes.

In all probability, Chelsea will be more than happy to send Broja out on loan again.
With the Hammers needing to bolster other areas of the pitch, signing a talented player on loan makes a lot of sense, especially if they can include a deal to sign him permanently later.
Former West Ham defender Anton Ferdinand has described him as “exciting”, and thinks he will be a fantastic signing for the Hammers [The Sun].
It’s a smart transfer plan from the Hammers, and it remains to be seen if they can pull it off.
