“Liverpool will hope to wrap up an agreement soon enough and if successful, West Ham will be due training compensation from the Reds,” according to TEAMtalk.

Financial boost

Finances shouldn’t exactly be tight at the London Stadium this summer following the £105million sale of club captain Declan Rice to Arsenal.

But any compensation for Nallo would still be a massive boost for the Hammers, particularly given how the club have played a huge role in his development.

Of course his exit has not been sealed just yet, but it may be hard for the youngster to say no to Premier League giants Liverpool.

There, he would more than likely spend a number of years in the youth setup before hopefully progressing into the first-team.

It would be a sore loss for the Hammers, but a great moment for the club as they continue to produce top talent from their academy, with their players going on to join top clubs, just like Rice did.

The former West Ham captain will be extremely grateful for what the East London outfit did for him, with the midfielder able to serve as a great example of the level that up and coming youngsters can reach.

In other West Ham news, a pundit has questioned the club’s move for one Premier League player as a David Moyes sack verdict is shared.
