West Ham United defender Arthur Masuaku tells David Moyes he wants to leave
Democratic Republic of Congo international Arthur Masuake has told David Moyes he wants to leave West Ham, according to Fanatik.
The 28-year-old is not in the Scot’s plans for the 2022-23 season and could be set to leave the London Stadium before the transfer window closes and his next destination seems to be decided already.
Turkish Super League giants Besiktas are the club most keen on signing the left-back having recently sold Ridvan Yilmaz to Rangers to leave a hole in their squad.

Valerien Ismael has already bought from the Premier League this summer with former Wolves centre-half Romain Saiss joining the club on a free transfer.
Vodafone Park Arena could welcome their new man as soon as next week with the two clubs trying to accelerate talks to have the deal done and dusted before their seasons begin.
Surplus to requirements
West Ham are actively trying to sign a left-back at the moment which says all you need to know about Masuaku’s future at Rush Green.
Aaron Cresswell has had the 28-year-old’s number for years and the only chance he has had to impress has been when Moyes has been experimenting with a back five or needing a more defensively-minded winger to strangle the opposition.

If Besiktas want to come in and make a reasonable offer for the DR Congo man then West Ham United should welcome them with open arms and allow him to finally leave the club.
There could be a depth issue at left-back if no new addition is made but Moyes does have young Ben Johnson to call upon if Cresswell is unable to play for whatever reason.
There won’t be many upset to see Masuaku leave the club after an underwhelming time at the London Stadium and once a new player is signed, Moyes will be able to rest easy.
