West Ham United could start Hans Vanaken v Aston Villa as talks begin for quickfire transfer
West Ham United are set to kickstart talks again on Monday (22 August) for the signing of Club Brugges midfielder Hans Vanaken, according to the Daily Mail.
The newspaper has reported on its website that a quickfire move is on the cards for David Moyes as he looks to solve his woes at the London Stadium.
It is shared that Vanaken could even start in the next Premier League game, the trip to Aston Villa as the Hammers look to start getting points on the board after a horror start.

Vanaken admitted over the weekend that talks are set to begin again, and reiterated his desire to make the switch.
The 29-year-old believes it could be his last chance to make a name for himself in the Premier League, something he clearly feels very strongly about.
After shining both in Belgium and for their international side in recent years, the time has come for the playmaker to show that he can do it on the biggest stage of them all.
Moyes starting him against Villa would give him the perfect chance of them all, with a desperate need for points already on the table for the Irons.

Desperate.
Wow, we couldn’t need this signing more.
Our midfield looked atrocious at times against Brighton going forward, with Tomas Soucek a real problem right now, and honestly, a little bit of a headache.
The Czech giant was a real threat in the air yet again, forcing some great saves from Robert Sanchez, but he also lost the ball countless times and gave the upperhand to Brighton.
Vanaken would come in and take some of that central burden off the likes of Soucek and Declan Rice going forward, something which may benefit them hugely.
Right now, they are the two who need to drive forward, but with an extra attacking body in there, Moyes could see that trio thrive even more together at the London Stadium.
West Ham United need signings desperately and with nearly only one week to go, let’s hope this Vanaken deal, as well as Emerson, can both get signed off as soon as possible.
