West Ham United confident of signing very wealthy sponsorship deal – ExWHUemployee
West Ham United are now confident they can sign off on a “very wealthy” new kit sponsorship deal, according to ExWHUemployee.
The reliable source has reported that once the Hammers move on from BetWay, they are already looking forward to what the next deal can bring at the London Stadium.
It looks as though the Irons are concentrating on that, rather than taking up the option to start exploring naming rights for the London Stadium after it becomes available.

As shared on the West Ham Way website, ExWHUemployee delivered the latest updates on what to expect at the London Stadium in the coming months.
“The club have now said they won’t take up the option of buying the naming rights for £4m which they have been offered,” he wrote. “They are instead confident that their next kit sponsorship deal can be a very wealthy deal.
“I personally do not want to see the stadium become something like the ‘The Adidas Arena’ as I think it sounds tacky. I am quite happy with the London Stadium, I’ve got used to it now. Of course, it will never have the same significance as Upton Park or the Boleyn Ground but for the new era I don’t mind it.”

Smart.
West Ham United are looking at one thing at a time right now it appears, and they are really making sure they make the most out of each financial opportunity.
Things have changed since the deal with BetWay was signed, with the Irons now consistently in European competition football and on the biggest stage.
All of that reflects in the price and what brands or companies will pay to appear on the front of each matchday shirt, something that will no doubt rise.
The current deal is worth £60million over six years to the Irons, who signed that off back in 2019, with nearly a couple more years left on it, although the banning of betting companies could bring that to a halt.
If there is confidence that the next deal can be very wealthy, West Ham could be looking to sign off on a mega £100million partnership for sponsorship.
