West Ham United board mounting serious pressure on David Moyes
David Moyes remains under “serious pressure” at West Ham United with the board considering his position as the club’s manager recently, according to TEAMtalk.
The report, however, claims that as things stand the board aren’t convinced of any potential replacements for Moyes and this is what may be keeping him in the job.
TEAMtalk confessed that top-class managers such as Mauricio Pochettino and Thomas Tuchel are not viewed as viable options to take over from Moyes.

“TEAMtalk has been told that Moyes remains under serious pressure at the club. The West Ham board have been considering his position recently, as well as looking at potential replacements in the dugout,” as quoted by TEAMtalk. (10 February)
“As it stands, senior West Ham officials are not convinced that the possible successors are worth sacking Moyes for.
“Top-class managers such as former Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino and Champions League winner Thomas Tuchel are not viewed as being viable options, either by the club or the coaches themselves, TEAMtalk understands.
“This does not leave a host of suitable candidates, and those that remain available are doing little to convince David Sullivan that axing Moyes is the way to go.
“Of course, the team’s form will be telling. And a run of defeats for Moyes will see Sullivan rethink his current stance.”

Summer exit.
All signs are pointing towards a summer exit for Moyes, this is the perfect time for the club to reevaluate things and steer the squad in a new direction.
Regardless of what position Moyes manages to get West Ham United into come the end of the campaign, the general consensus from fans is that it’s time for a change.
A new manager with a different philosophy, who can mould and reinvent the team around the money received from the probable Declan Rice transfer is what’s needed.
Moyes has done a fantastic job for the Hammers in recent years but he’s taken the team as far as he can.
Appointing the right replacement for the Scot is pivotal though and the hierarchy needs to avoid rushing into any decisions that could prove costly.
Fans would rejoice at seeing a name like Pochettino or Tuchel coming into the London Stadium, but unfortunately, this seems like a bit of a pipe dream right now.
