Andriy Yarmolenko put in an underwhelming performance off the bench as West Ham fell to a 2-1 home defeat against Manchester United.
The Ukraine international is yet to start a Premier League game this season and displays like the Man United game are not likely to increase his chances of doing so.
Contrastingly, he is one of the most important players for his national side and is their second highest goal scorer as well, which made fans wonder why he can’t put in such performances for his club.

When asked about what they thought of Yarmolenko and his recent outing, most weren’t impressed by what they saw.
He’s also on very high wages so the general consensus was that he should be shown the door.
Here’s what they said:

Fair point
Yarmolenko has done very little to impress fans and the manager and he should be sold in January.
He has been given plenty of chances to prove his credentials but hasn’t done so.
It would be best for the Hammers to cut their losses and get him off the payroll.
Ideally, they could’ve demanded a decent transfer fee for him after he had an impressive Euro 2020.
At this point, they would grab any seven-figure sum that comes their way for the player.
