West Ham are keen on signing Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey who could be able for free in January, according to The Sun.
He’s not managed to become a regular starter at the Italian club and they’re understood to be desperate to get him off the payroll.
This could open the door for the Hammers to swoop in and sign him for no transfer fee in the near future.

However, free transfers often come with big signing on fees and also high salaries, something that the Irons cannot really afford.
Also, given the fact that Ramsey is already 30 and has had plenty of injury issues in the past, the Super Fans are not open to the idea of the club signing him.
Here’s what they said:

Fair enough
Midfield isn’t an area that needs strengthening and if the club have that kind of money, then they should rather spend it on a left-back and possibly a new striker.
These are two positions that the club were looking at in the summer, but nothing really materialised from it.
At left-back, Aaron Cresswell probably has only another season left while Arthur Masuaku’s injury woes make him a doubt for the long term.
Michail Antonio has started the season well but even he’s had rotten luck with injuries and it would be wise if the board signs a younger striker who can be his long-term successor.
That said, we don’t think Ramsey, who has been referred as “priceless” [Daily Mail], is the type of player this side needs and they are best without investing that kind of money on him.
