West Ham flop Sebastien Haller has found a new lease of life at Ajax after leaving the Hammers in January.

The Ivory Coast international has started this season, exceptionally well, registering 20 goals and assists in 20 games played across all competitions.

He’s also scoring goals in the Champions League, most recently against Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday night.

However, his time at the London Stadium from 2019 right until January this year was far from successful.

He struggled to nail his spot in David Moyes’ playing eleven and was eventually shown the door.

Super Fans on Facebook believe that the blame lies on the manager and not the player.

Here’s what they said:

Justified

Haller is a talented player and he’s continually proving it after his departure from East London.

Moyes had a quality striker at the club and failed to make the most of his services, despite the array of attacking talent around him.

He could’ve built a system that got the best out of Haller and played that extra man up front who would’ve held up the ball and set up chances for the Ivorian.

Every time he scores goals, Irons fans must be thinking about what might have been had he ticked at the club.
