West Ham set to offer new deal for Jarrod Bowen
West Ham are set to offer a new deal to Jarrod Bowen at the end of the season, according to Claret and Hugh.
The Hammers midfielder Tomas Soucek is also in line for a big improvement in his wage package.
The report claims that Bowen would likely be given a deal worth around £100,000 a week, and the deal would seal his future at the club till 2025.
Deserving
Bowen is reportedly on £50,000-a-week wages at the club, and he deserves a pay rise.
The 25-year-old has taken his game to a whole new level this season, and he is the most deserving candidate to get a pay rise from the club.
The dazzling forward has enjoyed a phenomenal campaign where he scored 15 goals in all competitions for the Hammers.
He has been superb since returning from an Achilles injury, and BBC pundit Ray Houghton hailed him as “sensational” for his recent performance against Burnley this month.
Bowen has mostly operated behind the striker where he has been given more freedom to get into scoring areas.
David Moyes has often used him as a striker in the absence of Michail Antonio which shows what a versatile player he has become.
There have been talks that Bowen should be considered for the England national team, and it would be a great injustice if he doesn’t get a call-up.
