West Ham push for £19.7m signing of Nikola Vlasic – report

West Ham United are readying a £19.7million offer to sign CSKA Moscow attacker Nikola Vlasic this week.

Eurostavka have reported on their website that the Irons are ready to carry out a fully-fledged move for the Croatian.

It is reported that AC Milan were also interested, but the two clubs couldn’t agree on terms as things stand.

West Ham reportedly moved into pole position for Vlasic this week.

Daniele Longo shared on his Twitter that the Irons were leading the race for his signature, and had initiated contact with the agent on Tuesday evening.

Needed.

It is suggested that the Russian club were demanding £21.8million, with the Irons now somewhat below that.

GSB are known to be hagglers, and they aren’t just going to pay up what clubs are demanding, which makes this make sense.

Vlasic could be a brilliant alternative to Jesse Lingard.

Manchester United are playing hardball over his future, and ESPN have reported that an enquiry rejected in the past week.

Vlasic has really sparked his career in the right direction after flopping at Everton, and now could be the perfect time to return to the Premier League and prove himself.

Kurt Zouma is the primary target right now, and once that is done, all eyes will be on the final third as the window comes to a close.
