West Ham push ahead with personal terms for Kurt Zouma – Fabrizio Romano
West Ham United are pushing ahead with personal terms with Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma this week.
Fabrizio Romano has shared the major update after reports that the Irons had come to a verbal agreement over the signing [David Ornstein].
The main obstacle surrounding the deal appears to be his personal terms, but Chelsea selling Zouma is key to their pursuit of Jules Kounde.

Writing on his personal Twitter account, Romano shared the update despite updates suggesting big obstacles.
“Jules Koundé has an agreement on personal terms with Chelsea until June 2026 for weeks,” he wrote. “He’s ready to join if the two clubs reach an agreement.
“Zouma to West Ham, key to proceed. Talks ongoing on personal terms.”
Pushing ahead.
Despite Dharmesh Sheth insisting that personal terms and the players’ will to move being big obstacles, it looks as though they aren’t affecting things.
The Irons haven’t been put off completely by Zouma, and if his demands were that huge, talks would not be continued.
Hopefully, a breakthrough can be found soon and now that an agreement has been reportedly reached, these personal terms are all that’s left.
This has been going on for far too long, and now it is time for GSB to pull out their chequebook and get this one done.
Zouma would be a major signing, and massively help our cause going forward in Europe and domestically.
