West Ham move for Udinese right-back Jens Stryger Larsen
West Ham United have stepped forward for the signature of Udinese right-back Jens Stryger Larsen in recent hours, according to Corriere dello Sport.
The Denmark international has rejected a move to Galatasaray, and the Hammers could now overtake other suitors in the race for the 30-year-old.
West Ham are expected to make further contact with the Serie A outfit for Larsen’s signature in the coming hours.

Perfect utility addition
Vladimir Coufal has made the right-back position at the London Stadium his, with Ryan Fredericks providing cover, and the department is sorted out for some seasons to come.
Landing Larsen would give us further options in the position and quality competition for the Czech international, but the Dane plays across the backline brilliantly well.
He featured at both right-back and left-back for Udinese last term, playing in a defensive midfield role whenever called upon, and manager David Moyes needs such a versatile player in his ranks.
There will be a lot of games to play next season as we look to impress in the Europa League, and a player capable of playing in various positions is a luxury.

Larsen played six games as Denmark reached the semi-finals of the European Championship, featuring as a right wing-back, and Moyes could have been taking notes as part of the UEFA technical team.
Given his age, the Dane would be a short-term addition if we manage to get a deal done, but it could be worth it to land a quality player that is able to deliver for two or three seasons.
