West Ham midfielder Mark Noble could miss the Europa League clash against Lyon on Thursday.
The Hammers have suffered a huge blow ahead of this game with Kurt Zouma being ruled out.
According to Claret and Hugh, Noble could join him on the sidelines through illness.

Missing Noble will be a blow but the Hammers can still cope without him.
They have got enough cover in midfield, and Noble wasn’t going to start the game anyway.
However, it is the defence that should be a major concern, especially because the Hammers now need to get a win away from home.
Zouma is not only going to miss the clash on Thursday, there are fears that he could be out till the end of the season.
He is a leader at the back, and Issa Diop will have to give his best to fill his void. He should take it as a challenge and show his class to his manager.
Aaron Cresswell is absent after he picked up a red card in the last match.
Michail Antonio is struggling for goals, and Moyes can only hope that he regains his form at the right time.
