West Ham man Ryan Fredericks has not suffered a serious injury
West Ham man Ryan Fredericks has not suffered a serious injury and should only be out for ten days, according to a report from Claret & Hugh.
They claim that the right-back has suffered a thigh injury, and scans have revealed that the problem is not serious, and he should be back in contention very soon.
The former Fulham man started the Carabao Cup match against Manchester United but was withdrawn early on with what appeared to be a groin injury, but it looks like he will be fine.

Good news for the Irons.
While Vladimir Coufal is definitely the first-choice right-back, it helps to have a player like Fredericks in the squad.
He is versatile and quick, and with the Irons competing on multiple fronts this season, it is great to hear that he isn’t badly injured.
The 28-year-old has made three appearances all season, which appears to indicate that he is going to be used by David Moyes this year.

Therefore, we are pleased to hear that his injury isn’t bad, and we are looking forward to seeing more of him in the Carabao Cup and the Europa League.
Coufal is excellent and is rightly the Irons’ first-choice right-back, but Fredericks is more than good enough as a squad player, and it is nice to hear that he should be back in action very soon.
The Hammers are going from strength to strength at the moment, and once Fredericks returns, they will have a full squad to choose from.
