West Ham insider ExWHUemployee discusses PAI Capital
West Ham insider ExWHUemployee has been speaking to Claret & Hugh about PAI Capital and their proposed takeover of the Hammers.
The group spoke to the West Ham Way about their intended takeover of the Hammers and insisted that some consortium members are Hammers fans.
However, Ex believes that the group are pushing that line too much, and in the end, it doesn’t matter if they are Hammers fans are not.

He said: “Personally, I think the group are trying too hard to convince us that they are West Ham fans and are not doing it the right way.
“I don’t really care if they are [Irons] fans or not as long as were they or anyone else ever to get control, they listen to true West Ham fans’ opinions.
“In some ways, it might even be better if they are not West Ham fans, so everything starts afresh.
“If they are serious – which still remains to be seen, they should like any other firm in this situation, put a concrete business plan together and prove they have the finances – a position denied by the club.”
Not good news.
This isn’t exactly a glowing assessment of PAI Capital and their intentions for the club.
The group claim they have essentially agreed to buy the London Stadium should they finally complete a takeover of the Hammers.
However, they have not made another bid since their first one was rejected in February, although there is talk that they are considering a second bid [Evening Standard].

The problem they face is that David Gold and David Sullivan, as it stands, have no intention at all to sell to PAI Capital [Jack Rosser’s Twitter account].
So unless something changes from their perspective, it is hard to see how a deal gets done.
In truth, Ex doesn’t seem that convinced by PAI Capital, and it is now down to the group to prove they are serious about buying the Irons.
